Do I need prior experience in finance or trading?
We welcome candidates with strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, or a strong motivation to learn.
A background in finance or trading is a plus, but not required.After joining, you will go through comprehensive training in financial fundamentals to help you quickly get up to speed with trading knowledge.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
Yes, you may. However, we encourage you to first consider your career direction and the areas you’d like to focus on. This helps us better understand your goals and assess the opportunities that best fit you.

Absolutely! We welcome fresh graduates who are passionate about fintech.

Do you offer part-time roles or short-term internships?
We currently offer the following opportunities for students:
1. Internship Programs
We offer structured internship programs designed for students, such as the AI Quant Star Program.

We welcome students who are interested in quantitative finance, financial markets, or AI technologies to apply.2. Part-time Opportunities
Part-time roles are released on an as-needed basis by different teams and will be posted on our website or recruitment platforms.

Is there an online assessment as part of the interview process?
Some roles may include an assessment to better understand your profile.
If an online assessment is required, full details will be provided after your application passes the initial screening. -
How long does it take to receive the interview result?
The timeline may vary depending on the stage of the process and individual circumstances. In general, results are communicated within one to two weeks.
If you have proceeded to the first-round interview, you will be notified of the outcome via email regardless of the result. Please keep an eye on your inbox after applying.

If my application is not successful, can I apply again?
Yes, you are welcome to apply again. We recommend reapplying after three to six months, ideally with an updated resume or portfolio.

Don’t limit yourself to textbooks. Actively participate in school projects, competitions, or side projects. What matters most is gaining real, end-to-end experience and being able to showcase your work through a solid portfolio. We value practical output more than academic transcripts.2.
