What You'll Learn
  • Build a grounded understanding of markets and strategy frameworks
    Develop a clear view of market structure, price drivers, and behavioral dynamics by working from first principles.
  • Analyze the mechanisms behind price movements
    Apply quantitative thinking to decompose sources of volatility, evaluate hypotheses, and strengthen risk awareness.
  • Develop, test, and refine strategies
    Conduct end-to-end research using real market data, from model construction and backtesting to iterative improvement.
Qualifications  
  • Final-year undergraduate/graduate students, or graduates within the past two years
  • Open to all academic backgrounds
  • Available for full-time employment within six months

    Progressive structure:

- March: NTD 50,000

- April: NTD 100,000

- May: NTD 250,000

* Compensation is prorated based on attendance

Program Highlights

             
  • Three-month, multi-stage selection process
    Participants who complete all stages may receive up to NTD 400,000 in total compensation, with the potential to convert to a full-time trader role
  • Immediate exposure to strategy development
    Engage in hypothesis testing and framework refinement from the first week
  • Direct mentorship from trading team
    Learn decision-making approaches through close collaboration with experienced traders

Applicants with prior trading experience are encouraged to include supporting materials (e.g., strategy performance, backtests, research, or competition results)

  • Online Written Assessment

Dec 26, 2025 – Dec 29, 2025, 12:00
Applicants who pass the initial screening will be invited to complete a written assessment during this period.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

  • On-site Interviews

Conducted in multiple sessions (~1.5 hours each)
Interview details will be shared with selected candidates
