UC Capital's 2026 Annual Party was held on February 11, the final trading day of the Taiwan stock market.
As the market closed, it also marked a moment for the firm to recognize and celebrate the team's achievements. All employees were given the day off, allowing them to enjoy the event and arrange their time flexibly afterward.

This year's event was hosted by Tsai Shang-Hua, featuring performances by Passion Sisters, Formosa Sexy, and Korean cheerleaders Kim Do-ah and Lee Dan-bi, creating a lively and relaxing atmosphere after a year of dedicated work.

This year, the total bonus pool reached nearly NTD 18 million, including a top prize of NTD 1 million awarded to a single individual. On average, full-time employees received over NTD 200,000 each. High-performing team members were also eligible for a 1.5x bonus multiplier, reinforcing the principle of aligning individual contribution with reward.
